Shay’s Steamed Shrimp Recipe

To every pound of shrimp add 1 tablespoon of Shay’s Seafood & Soul Seasoning. ¼ cup of red wine vinegar and ¼ cup of seafood stock or water. Mix thoroughly and pour contents over shrimp. Allow shrimp to steam for approximately 10 minutes.

Shay’s Famous Fried Catfish Fillets Recipe

Ingredients
* 2 lbs. Catfish Fillets
* 1 bag of Shay’s Fish Fry Seafood Breading Mix
* Vegetable Oil
Instructions
1. Wash catfish fillets and pat dry
2. Heat oil in a pan to 375 degrees
3. Put the Shay’s Fish Fry Seafood Breading Mix in a zip lock bag with the fillets and shake gently or roll the catfish in the breading until well coated
4. Shake off excess breading
5. Carefully place the fillets in hot oil
6. Cook for 3-4 minutes until brown or crusted around the edges
7. Carefully flip the fillets and continue frying for 4-5 minutes
8. Carefully remove the fillets and place on paper towel
9. Allow the fillets to rest for two minutes
10. Ready to serve
